Don’t wait to begin: the initial pre-approved period is the first 12 weeks after the crash.
HOW TO GET STARTED
From crash report to first appointment
STEP 1
Report your claim to ICBC
Report the crash as soon as it is safe. You can report online 24 hours a day or by phone. ICBC’s current claim-reporting numbers are 604-520-8222 in Vancouver and 1-800-910-4222 toll-free.
STEP 2
Record your claim number
ICBC creates your claim number after you report the crash. Save it somewhere accessible—your treatment provider will need it to confirm and directly bill eligible care.
STEP 3
Book the care you need
Book RMT massage or acupuncture at Konverge. If physiotherapy is appropriate for your recovery, book with a physiotherapy provider—Konverge does not offer physiotherapy at this clinic.
STEP 4
Bring your claim details
Have your legal name, date of birth, Personal Health Number, ICBC claim number and crash date ready. Tell your practitioner how the injury affects your daily activities and recovery goals.
